This website will change from  ’Pro-Life For US Senate’  to  ‘Pro-Life For Governor’. Items pertaining to the Governor’s race will be added.   Of course, as in prior races, none of God’s principles for civil government will be compromised.

In as much as, no legislature, nor Congress, has passed a law defining ‘personhood’ for the pre-born child, therefore, if Pro-Life becomes Governor he will declare that legal personhood begins at fertilization.  On the first day of taking office Pro-Life will stop all abortions in Idaho, including chemical abortions.  Just as a Governor can stop the execution of a convicted murderer,  he also can stop the murder of innocent pre-born babies.

Roe v. Wade is not law.  Courts do not make law.  Court rulings are called opinions and are only binding on the parties of the court case.  The reason we violate our state and Federal Constitutions,  and allow court decisions to be viewed as law, is because members of Congress and state legislators refuse to even discuss laws regarding volatile issues such as pre-born baby murder, homosexuality, pornography, real money, etc.

Legislators are big chickens, they covet office so they refuse to deal with divisive issues.  They allow appointed judges to make the difficult decisions thereby destroying constitutional jurisdiction.  Therefore, a chief executive recognizing this trashing of separation of powers should rule on pre-born baby murder and this will cause the public to become educated regarding constitutional jurisdiction.  We need to save our pre-born babies from murder, and  we also need a constitutional crisis.

Governors and Presidents seek to be popular, and are peer oriented, therefore they neglect to support constitutional government.  When chief executives and legislators intentionally ignore constitutions, common law, natural law, and God’s law, the people suffer.  If the people fail to elect honest men, then the nation is destroyed.  If you do not like the candidates on the ballot, then you are obligated to put your name on the ballot.

Why do men like Pro-Life run for office?   On Judgment Day, voters cannot say, “there was no one on the ballot worth voting for.”

A nation and the world cannot prosper in wickedness.  It is folly to think we can turn our economy around without repentance.

We can falsely stabilize our economy by giving government more control but this will cause loss of freedom.  This seems the path most people will choose.

This world was created by our Father In Heaven and Jesus so we can be tested in an atmosphere of faith.   We live out this test, away from God’s presence, for the purpose of making the Great Judgment effective.

In a fallen world like this, peer pressure rules, it creates false traditions and disobedience to God.

We all have a conscience, therefore, we all have the power to discern good from evil.  God allows the Devil and selfish people to tempt us to violate our conscience.  The only person not to violate his conscience was Jesus.

Selfishness is the basic problem.  “Thou Shalt Not Covet,” pertains to selfishness.  Jesus, Heavenly Father, and the Holy Ghost, having no selfishness, desire us to become like them in motive.

Fiat currency, gov’t Ponsi schemes, fractional banking, occupations that exploit people, sick sports and sick entertainment are symptoms of selfishness.

When evil is endorsed by government, like it is today, God will not intervene to save us.  Also, many of our  churches teach lies, such as:  women can choose to murder their babies, God made some people  gay,  socialism (collective theft) is Christian charity.

The 14th Amendment to the US Constitution says, …”nor shall any State deprive any person of life”… Senator Roger Wicker (R) MS has introduced a bill which defines ‘person’ as beginning at fertilization.  There are 12 cosponsors.  Senators Risch and Crapo are ‘not’ cosponsors.  Any politician who is really interested in stopping the holocaust of preborn baby murder will sponsor this bill.

In the House, Paul Broun (R) GA, and Duncan Hunter (R) CA  have introduced similar bills.    Duncan Hunter’s bill, has many cosponsors, none from Idaho.  Paul Broun’s bill, also has numerous cosponsors, and again, none from Idaho.

Duncan Hunter’s bill needs to be discarded because it says, “no prosecution of any woman for the death of her unborn child.”  States have the right and duty to prosecute murder.

Ron Paul, (R) TX,  has the best bill for stopping pre-born baby murder because his bill declares personhood at fertilization and also forbids the Federal courts from reviewing a Congressional law establishing legal personhood.  No U.S. House candidate from Idaho has co-sponsored Ron Paul’s bill in any session.

Congressman Mike Simpson has not sponsored either of these bills.  His website indicates he does not believe that personhood begins at fertilization.

None of Idaho’s Democrat Congressional candidates are interested in declaring personhood for the preborn.  Most of them take campaign donations from preborn baby murder groups.

Senator Risch of Idaho will now have an opportunity to show how pro-life he really is.  He is on record as saying ”abortion is a state issue” and “the woman should not be punished for having an abortion.” Mr Risch can cosponsor Senator Wicker’s bill if he wants to esablish personhood at fertilization.  He has failed to cosponsor Senator Wickers bill as of November 2009 (s.346).   Senator Crapo’s website indicated he does not believe in the legal personhood of the preborn baby.  These men are not pro-life, they are pro-life politicians and there is a difference.

I am on record as saying that, “abortion is murder and everyone connected with the murder of pre-born babies should be charged with murder, including the person who drives the woman to the baby murder center.”

 As for now, I am going to use the Constitution Party Platform to explain the issues.   We agree with this Platform nearly 100%.  A couple of things we do not agree with is nuclear power (under Energy), and that our nation was founded on Christianity (Preamble to the Platform).  See explanations below. 

     Splitting atoms murders atoms.  The result is radioactive waste that cannot be dealt with.  When mankind defies natural law he gets deadly side affects.   God does not split atoms.  If you say the Sun is nuclear explosions, then why is sunlight not deadly like radioactive waste.  Man poisons himself everyday by refining and concentrating the elements of the earth in defiance of natural law.

     We wish our nation had been founded on Christianity, then we would have some or all of the Ten Commandments in our Constitution, and we would not have began as a slave holding nation justified by deceived Christians.  Slavery should have had an ending date in the Constitution.  On the positive side, the Founders tried to prevent the States from establishing religious tests for holding office, this is wise. 

  Christianity was corrupted in the first and second century and has never recovered, and at present, is really failing.  When is the last time you have seen Christians out in the streets protesting preborn baby murder, murder via unjust war, adultery, fornication, pornography, theft by democratic socialism, and theft by fiat currency?

     We left the Constitution Party because the Party leadership, nationally, and in Idaho, would not discipline members who violated the Sanctity of Life plank.  Click below for the platform.

     Notice that ‘Sanctity Of Life’ is at the top of the list where it should be.  All other items are alphabetical.  Without life, you cannot have health, liberty, or property.

     Under ‘Education’ this platform says nothing regarding States sponsoring public education.  Public education is a Communist doctrine,  Summary point 10 of the Communist Manifesto, (Marx and Engels, 1848), says, ”Free education for all children in public schools.”  State governments should not sponsor public education.  Public education is financed by collective theft.

The general weakness of this platform is, it does not mention that the state and local governments should be forbidden to carry out education, health, welfare, recreational, and other such programs.  State sponsored socialism is just as wrong as national socialism.

1-  Governor Otter says, “we have 3 ‘equal’ branches of government.”  This is wrong.  The legislative branch is superior to the other branches according to the Idaho Constitution.   Governor Otter uses his office to force his agenda on the legislature.  If you do not believe what I say, ask your State Rep. or Senator.

2-  I will veto all bills that are unconstitutional and the legislature would have to override with a 2/3rds vote.  Even if 100% of the legislature voted for the bill, I would still veto, so  I could teach constitutional fidelity in my veto statement.

3-   I will promote gold and silver coin as the only legal currency.  Federal Reserve Notes are counterfeit according to the US Constitution and are a ponzi scheme.

4-  I will form a commission to study convicts in Idaho custody, so as to reduce costs to taxpayers.  For example, an illegal alien in Idaho prison, or on parole, for theft should be sent to his home country.   I would never commute a sentence if the convict was dangerous to the life, health, property, or morals of others.

5-  I would promote legislation to reduce spending on all education, health, welfare, and recreational programs, leading to the elimination of these programs.  Idaho would be the nation’s most prosperous state if we had the least government.

6-  I will never pay for alcohol from my personal or state funds.

7-  I will not travel out of state, to promote Idaho, using state funds.

8-  I will not accept free entry to events.

9-  I will promote healthy food for state dependents and prisoners.

10-  Idaho gov’t institutions need to grow more of their own food.  Sorry vendors.  People who are wards of the State need to grow their own food and work on State lands.

11-  Idaho is losing sales and businesses to  Oregon (no sales tax),  Washington (no sales tax on food),  Montana (no sales tax),  Wyoming (less sales tax).  We need tax free zones along our borders.   If we reduce the size and scope of government we could eliminate sales tax and other taxes.

12-  I will try to stop Idaho National Guard personnel from going to undeclared and unjust wars.  Could a governor prevail over the US President regarding an illegal war?

13-  I will support a “trigger law” for Idaho, in the event, the federal government suspends any of The Bill of Rights or Constitutional rights.  Federal suspension of rights, or declaration of martial law, would trigger a law ordering all Idahoans to resist federal confiscation of firearms, resist restrictions on right to assemble, and resist restrictions on right to  free speech, etc.  This trigger law would also cause the State Legislature to immediately convene.

14-  I will attend at least 2 church services each week, never at the same church.  I am a devout Christian.  I do not have a church.  My motive would be to create moral activism in the churches.  The churches are not taking responsibility for community morals like they should.

15-  I will be, at times, in the streets myself, in front of homeless shelters, porn shops, gay parades, bars, Planned Murderhood, etc. trying to help those who are confused and in need.  I would do this in a loving manner just as I do now.

16-  I will give to the needy almost all of my salary.  Government charity never solves problems, it only increases them.  Look at our Indian reservations to see the result of long term gov’t aid.   Social functions are the not the proper role of government.  If education and social functions are ‘not’ done in love, via free-will,  we get today’s selfish, hedonistic American culture.

17-  I will not accept any stimulus money.  The Legislature would have to override me on this.  Stimulus money is created by theft and it is unconstitutional.

18-  I will promote jury decisions through a fully educated jury as the best form of justice.

19-  I believe that states can nullify unconstitutional federal laws.  I also believe that a state can secede from the Union.  Wisconsin passed laws in the 1850’s nullifying the Fugitive Slave Laws.  Wisconsin would not return slaves to the South thus defying the US supreme Court and Congress.

20-  I am against the government licensing of professions and occupations.  This is not a proper role of gov’t.  Licensing creates monopolies and shortages of professionals in most cases.  Regulation of professions should be a non-governmental function which would create competition and innovation between competing groups.

21-   I am promoting the impeachment of President Obama for implementing treaty agreements with Russia without a vote of the Senate,  conducting unconstitutional war, and many other unconstitutional acts.  General criminal law was, historically, the jurisdiction of the states and this needs to be restored.   President Obama likes the idea of Federal law supplanting state law.  Obama claimed foreign citizenship in applying for scholarship funds while attending college.  I believe Obama is not a US citizen.  I believe Obama has things in his background which allow  him to be blackmailed.  Just the right guy for fascist bankers.

22- I will promote alternative health and medical practices.  People should not be forced by government to vaccinate.

23-   I will make appointments based on honesty, morals, and integrity.  People with good character can adapt to new responsibilities, but you cannot teach character.  If a person does not have faith in a perfect, eternal justice  based on following his conscience in this life, then that person will  ultimately compromise his beliefs.

24-   I will do everything I can to have illegal aliens deported from Idaho.  Illegal aliens should not receive welfare and education benefits.  I like these people and it is not entirely their fault that they are here.  The Dems and Repubs created this situation.

25-    As I campaign, I hear many stories regarding corruption in certain sex offender convictions.  I will personally investigate any allegation of misuse of power and  cover-up of mistakes by State authorities with the motive to protect careers.   No person will remain in State custody so that judges, prosecutors, etc. can cover up their mistakes.   The innocent and abused will have a Governor that will seek justice.

26-     I will promote laws and programs so that prisoners and parolees can work on the cleaning of roadways, forests, vacant lots, public lands, etc.

27-     I will use all of my power and influence to stop the secret, administrative decisions of the Health and Welfare Department.  All custody, adoption, and child protective decisions should be done in open court.  At present, many of the Bill of Rights are denied in H & W decisions.  Many poor decisions are made by H & W, and the Governor and State leadership refuse to review these decisions.

This is a article by Bill Denman of Idaho, an expert on real money.  When central banks issue paper money without 100% backing by gold, silver, or commodities, they are thieves and liars.

A strict reading of the United States Constitution would only allow for gold and silver coins as money.  The US central bank, The Federal Reserve Bank,  is privately owned and has deceived the American  people into trading gold and silver for paper money.  This is one of the major reasons for our present economic crisis.

When a nation is selfish enough to be deceived into murdering a large percentage of their unborn, patronizing sick sports and entertainment, stealing via the ballot box, that nation can easily be deceived and controlled by  dishonest central banks.

The only reason we should ‘not’ return to gold and silver money is because privately owned central banks own about two-thirds of the world’s gold.  We need to convince people  that their central bank exchanged paper money for gold and silver.  These stolen precious metals must be returned to the appropriate nation, and the central bank contracts repealed.   We cannot go back to gold if most of the gold is controlled by private bankers.  Each nation needs to demand that these bankers return their gold.  Let the education begin and the decades of deceit be revealed.

In asking for an audit of the Federal Reserve we should insist that the gold that was confiscated by Executive Order of  FDR  in 1933 be accounted for.
